We are the parent support organization for the 5th-12th grade Kirkwood Band Program.

🗓️ Join us Wednesday, September 2nd at 6:30 pm in the KHS band room for a brief info session about the Atlanta band trip. This meeting is NOT required, but it’s a great way to get any questions answered. Trip registration closes on September 11th!

📣 Stay for the KB2 meeting at 6:45 pm. Get updates and hear from Directors about classroom and performance activities.

Join us at the pep rally tonight and hear our Pioneer Pride marching band bring the energy to the Wood!

Before you arrive, brush up on the lyrics to "Hail! Kirkwood High School" so you can sing along and show your Pioneer spirit!

❤️ We’re so grateful to everyone who has donated to help us get closer to our Vertical Raise fundraising goal. Your generosity truly makes a big impact!

10% of every participant’s total goes directly toward their Atlanta band trip! As we continue working toward our goal, KB2 is committed to adding additional funds when we reach these milestones:

🎯 $30K raised → KB2 adds $2,500 to student trip accounts!
🎯 $35K raised → KB2 adds $5,000!

Your support helps provide funding for instrument repairs, uniforms, audition fees, clinician expenses, scholarships, band camp meals, and field trips.

👀Check the band app for instructions on setting up your student’s account and reach out to KB2 if you have any questions!

It's still hot 🔥 so stay cool INSIDE at tonight's halftime show preview performance at the Keating Theater at KHS!

🎉 What a great week of band camp! Thank you to our incredible students, directors & many volunteers!

📌 Please remember that food and drink are not permitted in the auditorium

⭐️ The auditorium staff is very good to us, so please help make their lives easier by following this rule

🧭 Enter through the doors on the Essex parking lot side of the high school. Proceed to the commons area (where your student picked up their schedule) and you’ll see the theater entrance

Our Vertical Raise fundraiser is launching today 🚀 10% of each student’s total raised goes directly to their band trip account!

🎯 KB2 bonus:
$30K raised = $2,500 added to student accounts
$35K raised = $5,000 added

📝 Please ask your student to bring up to 20 family/friend/supporter contacts to band camp so they can reach out by text and email.

💻 Students can use their phone, our laptop station at band camp, or can set up their fundraiser at home with a parent/caregiver.

Parents & caregivers, watch for a text with a link to share to help us raise funds.

Thank you for supporting KHS bands, this is our chance to take care of a lot of our annual fundraising with a big team effort! ❤️

Uniform-a-Palooza is happening this week! We sincerely thank our uniform committee and volunteers for helping students get ready to take the field in style! All the fit checks and organization is truly appreciated! 🫶😎
