No matter how hard you steer kids from election rancor, they see it. These strategies model positive messages kids will remember as they experience this stressful but historic era.

My team and I had an amazing time hosting the Activity Room at the 2024 Family Fun Fest in Killeen, Texas!

Our love for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities is deep! We believe learning should be fun! It was fun for all ages, youth and parents alike!

Our theme was "The Science of Superheroes." The kiddos that came through our room had a blast! They made Pop Pop Shooters, Super Hero Launchers, Super Hero Masks and shields, and Pipe Cleaner Super Heroes!

Big thank you to Luvina Ann Norwood-Sabree fir inviting us to host the Activity Room forr the second year! We appreciate you!!Also, it wouldn't have been possible without my team! Thank you Kim, Amber, Shay, Zya, Trinity, and Zaria!!!! You're the best ❤️

We are EXCITED to host the youth activity room at the upcoming Family Fun Fest! This year's theme is Super Hero Science!

Saturday's STEAM-Tastic adventures!

Meet a super group of airplane engineers! These guys were full of energy. We completed a STEM challenge and made two types of gliders ✈🛩

Also, what's a STEM class without a little competition? After each build the boys tested their gliders based in distance, and then had an opportunity for modifications before the final challenge.

We had an absolute blast! Next month we try our engineering hands at Rubberband Cars 🏎🚙🚗

Today our little Wee-Discover the World Astronauts wrapped up a three-week series called Up, Up, and Away at Georgetown Parks and Recreation

This month the kids discovered the world of birds 🐦, planes 🛩, and rockets 🚀through music & movement, sensory play, arts & craft.

In April we will discover the world of spring 🌷🌱🌞🌦🦋

Week one of Wee-Discover the World.... This mint's theme is Up, Up, and Away.... (Birds🐦 Airplanes🛩 and Rockets 🚀) Parks and Recreation Center.

This "Parent and Me" class is an early literacy program, where toddlers learn through fun and engaging activities (science, music & movement, arts & crafts, and sensory play)

This week the kiddos discovered the world of airplanes and the letter "A" 🛩✈ Arts and Crafts, sensory play, and outdoor time to spot real planes in the sky 🛫, dance, and games! What a wonderful adventure 🎉
