This September, Boys & Girls Club of Central Texas youth will commemorate the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001 by planting a Remembrance Tree in honor of the lives lost and the heroes whose courage and service continue to inspire us.

In partnership with AmeriCorps and the 9/11 Day of Service initiative, our youth are leading this meaningful project by researching project costs, preparing the planting site, and planning a dedication ceremony. They will also deliver a commemorative speech at the ribbon-cutting, sharing the importance of remembrance, service, and coming together as a community.

This living memorial will stand as a lasting symbol of hope, resilience, and the power of service. By honoring the past, our youth are helping build a stronger future through compassion, leadership, and civic engagement.
Together, we remember. Together, we serve. Together, we grow. ❤️🤍💙

A fresh school year starts with confidence! 🛍️🎓
This morning, our Teens headed to Kohl’s for a special back-to-school shopping trip for new clothes and school essentials to help them start the school year off! 💙🎒
Moments like these are about so much more than shopping…they’re about empowering our youth, building confidence, & reminding them that their community believes in them. ✨🫶
