❤️ A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO OUR COOKING WITH LOVE YOUTH SQUAD! ❤️👏

At Cooking With Love Key West, some of our biggest hearts belong to our youngest volunteers! 🌟

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing Youth Squad, who consistently show up with enthusiasm, compassion, and a willingness to lend a helping hand! From preparing and packaging nutritious meals to joining their parents on deliveries to our Island seniors and neighbors in need, these incredible young people are making a difference, one meal and one smile at a time. 🥗🚗❤️

We are especially grateful to the wonderful parents who lead by example, teaching their children the importance of kindness, generosity, community service, and giving back.

These young volunteers aren’t just helping us feed our community — they’re learning lifelong lessons about compassion, responsibility, and the true meaning of service.

As we celebrate 30 years of Cooking With Love, it’s inspiring to see the next generation carrying forward our mission of serving others with dignity and love.

To our Youth Squad and their families: THANK YOU for your dedication, your beautiful hearts, and for reminding us that you’re never too young to make a BIG difference! ❤️🌴

🥗 Today’s colorful menu featured a wonderful variety of fresh salads, including tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, garbanzo bean salad, and fresh fruit salad, beautifully served over a bed of fresh spinach, accompanied by delicious sweet Hawaiian bread rolls! 🍍🥬

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Teo Chapa for honoring Loreta’s memory through the gift of love, kindness, and nourishment to our Key West island seniors. What a beautiful way to keep her spirit alive! 💕

A huge heartfelt thank you to our Community Restaurant Partner, Ocean Key Resort & Spa and Sunset Pier ~ Key West for once again generously sponsoring, preparing, and providing today’s delicious meal for our island seniors! 🌴❤️

Today’s menu featured bacon & spinach quiche, oven-roasted potatoes, fresh salad, a large crisp apple, and a delicious dessert muffin.

💚 Publix Serves — COOKING WITH LOVE DELIVERY DRIVERS OF THE WEEK! 💚

This week, we’re proud to recognize an incredible father-daughter team, Bella and her dad, Abe Gonzalez, as our Cooking With Love Delivery Drivers of the Week! 🚗❤️

Talk about going the extra mile — literally! Bella and Abe traveled nearly five hours from Palm Beach County to Key West, then rolled up their sleeves to help deliver nutritious meals directly to our Island seniors.

Their kindness is a beautiful example of what Publix Serves is all about: giving back, showing up, and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

Thank you, Bella and Abe, for making the long journey to share your time, energy, and hearts with Cooking With Love and our Key West community. 🌴💚

💚 A heartfelt thank you to Publix and its Marathon and Key West stores for making a difference in our island community with their Publix Serves program.

This morning, Publix team members came together with Cooking With Love Key West to provide and help deliver 300 fresh, nutritious meals to local island seniors. Their generosity went far beyond supplying the meal—the Publix team rolled up their sleeves and helped make sure those meals reached the people we serve.

The Publix Picnic 🧺 Lunch consisted of a thin sliced turkey deli sandwich with American cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato 🍅 and mayo/mustard packs, macaroni salad and fresh ripe grapes. 🍇

Community partnerships like this are what make the Florida Keys so special. We are incredibly grateful to Publix for its continued commitment to giving back, serving our neighbors, and supporting our seniors. 💚🌴

💚 Publix Serves: Neighbors Helping Neighbors! 💚

What an incredible morning of community service! Associates from three Publix stores—from Marathon to Key West—came together through Publix Serves to make a meaningful difference for our island seniors.

With plenty of smiles, teamwork, and heart, the Publix team helped prepare and serve a healthy, nutritious lunch, ensuring our seniors received not only a delicious meal, but also the care and kindness that make our Florida Keys community so special.

We are incredibly grateful to Publix and every associate who volunteered their time today. When our community partners and volunteers come together, we nourish more than our community—we nourish the spirit of the Keys. 🌴💚🥗
