Thank you to Chelsea Blair, Board President of the Mid-Columbia Children's Museum, who was our speaker at our August 13 meeting.

And a bit of exciting news she shared: The museum will now have a permanent home, a 2.5-acre site on Keene Rd. in West Richland!

Congratulations to you! 👏👏👏👏👏

Our Community Service Committee is off to an amazing start in our new Rotary year!

The Tri-Cities Diaper Bank was the recipient of funds at our August 13 meeting to purchase diapers and wipes for people in need throughout our community.

According to the Diaper Banks's website, without disposable diapers, a parent may not have access to childcare essential for them to make work, school and job training commitments. Additionally, a lack of diapers also forces desperate parents to choose between leaving babies in soiled diapers for extended periods or trying to wash and reuse disposable diapers.
