Thank you ! To all the ERRCA residents that maintain their section of easements! It’s in our covenants that it’s the responsibility of the residents to maintain their section of the easements. Some can not for one reason or another and as a community we should all pitch In to help our neighbors. Please do not block them as they are legal easements.

Thought i’d do a little trail report
Most all the main trails are now walkable and or Rideable if you are horseback. There are a few low branches but i’m too lazy to cut down some of the bigger ones so you might have to dismount or lean way over in a couple spots. it’s pretty dusty so a good dose of rain is needed. If you follow the trail through the canyon to the very end you can visit our newest neighbor! The beaver is doing what beavers do and i’m excited to see what wildlife moves in. i’m thinking ducks. i’m going to put up a nesting box for next spring and perhaps we will get some wood ducks !they are beautiful!! Rattle snakes are still out although I have not seen any this year. happily. The ticks are hibernating till spring. so. it’s a good time to go.

Hopefully El Rancho Reata and El Rancho Del Rey Residents received Flyers in the mail. We have reduced the cost this year. Hope you all can support our community and our non profit. The money stays in our community and supports trail improvements, among other things.

We had help with trail maintenance! a whole gigantic group from the LDS church showed up to help out. Hopefully you can come hike the trails and enjoy the fruits of their labor!!

TRAIL MAINTENANCE DAY! September 26th from 9am till you don’t want to do it anymore. Let’s meet up at the Firehouse at 7704 Bermuda. bring some Yard tools and a W**d Whacker if you have one A local Church group is showing to help as well so hopefully we can get the trails whipped into shape until next summer!

Reminder. This upcoming Saturday morning is a trail maintenance day. We are meeting at the firehouse at 9am. We would love the help !! Bring a w**d eater and perhaps some lawn maintenance tools.

After inspecting the kitten myself it seems to have possibly fallen out of a vehicle (most likely) they also appear to have an injury on its hind leg/hip area.
