October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and DEWERS is standing with every woman whose life has been touched by breast cancer. 🎀💗

We honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and lift up the families and friends walking beside them. 🙏🏽

To anyone facing this journey: you are seen, you are loved, and you are not alone. Our hearts and prayers are with you, and DEWERS is always here to support our community however we can. 💕🌿

💙✨ What an amazing experience it was completing Rooted in Real World Conversations with the wonderful ladies at Everybody’s Place! We are so grateful for the opportunity to teach, connect, and grow together. 🌿

Thank you to Everybody’s Place for welcoming DEWERS into your community and allowing us to share this course. These classes are all about helping people build confidence, learn practical skills, and continue growing personally and professionally. 💼💛

Dawniel and I are so excited to officially share Rooted: Work, Life & Confidence — a program we created to help people recognize their value, build confidence, and prepare for what’s next. 💼💜

In this course, we dive into building a strong resume, explaining employment gaps, preparing for interviews, and learning how to position yourself for growth and new opportunities. 🌱
