Our Karnes City PTO is getting ready for Picnic with Parents on Friday and we need YOUR help! 🧡

We will be providing a FREE snack table for our students to enjoy during their picnic with their families! Thanks to generous donations, we can make sure our kiddos have a little something extra to enjoy! 🥰

A Heartfelt Thank You to Devon Energy!

The Karnes City Primary & Elementary PTO would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Devon Energy for selecting our organization as a recipient of the 2026 Devon Energy Catalyst Grant!

Through this generous funding, our PTO was able to purchase a Freedom Swing for the Karnes City Primary playground, helping create a more inclusive and accessible environment where students of all abilities can enjoy the playground together. 🧡

In addition, the grant helped the PTO to present a check to KCISD to help purchase privacy slats for the fencing surrounding both our Primary and Elementary campuses, providing added privacy and security for our students.

We would also like to recognize and extend a special thank you to the Karnes City ISD Maintenance Crew for their hard work and dedication in installing the Freedom Swing and privacy slats at both campuses. Your time, effort, and commitment to improving our schools do not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful for everything you do!

Thank you, Devon Energy, for investing in our schools, supporting our students, and helping us make meaningful improvements to our campuses. Your generosity has made a lasting impact on our school community!

Together, we are making Karnes City ISD a safer, more welcoming, and more inclusive place for all our students! 🦡🧡🖤

🧺 We are working to provide a FREE SNACK CONCESSION STAND for our Elementary students during their Parent Picnic on OCTOBER 30! 🍿🍪🧃
