Did you know there are 2 Virtual Seminar options available on our website? Judges are required to attend a Seminar every 2-years so with the cost of fuel and Mother Nature’s unpredictable weather, maybe an online Seminar is the option for you! Attendance is limited so if you don’t need a Seminar, please allow those that do to have 1st priority. Details and registration links are on the EVENTS / SEMINARS page of our website!

Event though it may look like an official email - click on the email address and see if the email ends in HRC.dog. HRC will not ask you for money or help. And, DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS OR DOCUMENTS in the email. Stay safe.

HRC Youth Handlers participating at your hunt must have their Youth Handler number printed on their points passes! If they aren’t enrolled yet, indicate “YH” next to their name on the pass and show them the online enrollment form on HRC’s website. They won’t get credit if UKC Hunting Operations doesn’t have them enrolled. If you have questions, please contact [email protected] or [email protected].

HRC will host a Virtual Seminar for existing Judges only on Saturday 08/16/25. Start Time: 8am CST. Participants must register by Monday 08/11/25 - visit the EVENTS / SEMINARS page of our website for more information. The Zoom platform limits the number of participants so if you do not NEED to attend, please allow those Judges that do need a Seminar to sign up first.
