Mad Science Summer Camp is ready to start on Monday, June 8th! Notice the location change on Wednesday. We will be meeting at CASP on Monday and Wednesday. Camp drop off starts at 8am.

This camp is full. If your child will make it, please let us know ASAP so kids on the waitlist can be moved up!

Who knows what Brett Mosley has up his mad scientist sleeve!

Fun things to do at the South Llano River State Park - Texas Parks and Wildlife!

Come join us for a month full of park programs at South Llano River State Park!

A few highlights for the month:

June 13th from 9-11am we have our annual Kid Fish Tournament for ages 5-15, don't forget to sign up by June 9th! Email our park interpreter [email protected] to sign up!🎣

June 27th from 9-11am we have a new program coming to the park, our wonderful local shelter and rescue will be bringing fully socialized dogs ready to go on a walk with you! Scan the QR code and it will take you to our events page for more info.🐾

Our night hikes are back! Join us from 8-9:30pm on June 27th to discover what happens after dark at South Llano River State Park.🌙🦉

Junction CASP is Growing Places! We have received partial funding to build an outdoor classroom at CASP. This classroom will be a place where kids {and adults} can get hands-on and messy while learning new things in art, gardening, STEM, and more. It's also a classroom where students can get out of bad weather, but still feel like they're outside.

We received a $21,000 grant from the San Angelo Area Foundation contingent upon raising this other $29,000 for this classroom! We know we just finished a HUGE, AMAZING, and SUCCESSFUL building campaign, but we are SO excited to add to our beautiful building so that we can meet a need that is so necessary. Please consider donating to this project!

We are SO thankful for the support at our annual fish fry. Kimble County always shows up to strengthen and promote our vision!

We had so much help from CASP employees, board members, and community members. Of course, Alton, from Lowes Grocery is amazing and donated our drinks and the fabulous Junction Eagle Booster Club let us use their fish fryers. The wonderful Junction Eagle helped us advertise and promote our fundraiser with a colored ad! We had much help to make this a success! We are so blessed!
