Just a heads up to those visiting our web site, the new Web site hosting company is making a number of updates to the servers which could slow down or temporarily stop the cheslights.org web site from responding normally. SAVE THE DATE! The summer solstice means the sun will be at its highest point in the sky, providing us with more light than any other day of the year. Come enjoy the additional daylight with after-hour tours of the Piney Point Lighthouse Museum & Historic Park. Visitors may tour our exhibitions in the Main Museum and join our staff while visiting our historic structures, the 1836 lighthouse tower and Keeper’s Quarters, as well as the Potomac River Maritime Exhibit.
