Update: Next Pierogi Sale - Tuesday Nov 17th
Thank you to everyone who came out to support us! We almost sold out of everything but hopefully everyone went home with a nice meal. Now we know to prepare some more Cranberry Walnut with goat cheese. That was a test flavor and we did not expect that to be in such high demand. We also asked for a few suggestions for new flavors so keep an eye out for the menu to change.

Thank you all. Looking forward to serving you again!

On behalf of the Carpatho-Rusyn Society, we wish everyone a happy Carpatho-Rusyn Day in North America! Today, we remember that historic meeting in 1918 when, for the first occasion in modern times, Carpatho-Rusyns were recognized as a distinct nationality by neighboring peoples and the United States government.

The below picture was provided courtesy of Christine Hrichak, Chief Information Officer of the Carpatho-Rusyn Society, and the Hrichak family. The picture shows Christine's Rusyn great-grandfather John Hrichak (on the right side) in 1905 at his first job in the coal mines in St. Clair, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
