and our mission is to provide pet food and other pet supplies to those individuals who are suffering financial hardship in and around Westmoreland County Our mission is to provide pet food and other pet related supplies to individuals who may be suffering financial hardship in order to assist in keeping pets with their families. We understand that pets are part of our families and as such, familie

s should not be faced with the choice between feeding themselves or their pet when they cannot do both, or worse having to consider surrendering their beloved companion in order for them to be able to be cared for if finances are tight. We will be operating from The Church of the Advent in Jeannette PA and are planning a fall 2024 launch of the pantry.

Amazon’s prime days start in one week on Tuesday the 23rd and run until Friday the 26th. Please don’t forget to check out our Amazon wish list (which is pinned at the top of our page) for any great prime day deals! Our supplies are dwindling and donations have slowed so we’re in need of everything. Dry and wet foods (both cat and dog/puppy and kitten), as well as treats (both cat & dog) and cat litter. Check out our Amazon Wish list! Prime Days are approaching fast and we could sure use help with food.
We have given out 9.57 tons (19,130.9 lbs) of dry food in the last year.
4,579 cans of food
4,750 lbs of litter and
A multitude of treats toys and other pet supplies.
We do not just help dogs and cats. We feed rabbits, Guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, chinchillas, pet rats and fish.

If you could see it in your heart to help our recipients will surely appreciate it and so will we.
