We've had a buddy at the office this Summer! Teagan Crawford has been volunteering his time and talent to build a digital archive of the vintage local newspapers in the collection of the Estill County Historical & Genealogical Society and Museum. Driven by his love for our local history, he has successfully scanned quite a few years of the Irvine Times and Estill Herald from the 1920s and 1930s...one page at a time. He says his goal is to keep at it for as long as it takes to preserve our community's stories up through present day. Thanks for all your hard work, Teag!
