It's a night to slow down, breathe deeply, and learn what it truly means to rest well.

Join us for an intimate evening designed for women who are constantly pouring into everyone else and are ready to spend a few hours pouring back into themselves.

Throughout the evening, we'll hear from a therapist, minister, and clinician during a powerful conversation about restโ€”what it looks like, why it matters, and how to make it a priority in every season of life.

You'll also have the opportunity to visit interactive self-care stations where you'll:
โ€ข Create a personalized playlist for rest and relaxation
โ€ข Learn how to build a simple nighttime skincare routine
โ€ข Make your own sleepy mocktail
โ€ข Connect with other women in a warm, welcoming environment

At Pink-4-Ever, advocacy means connecting women to resources, sharing life-saving breast health information, amplifying survivor voices, and working to eliminate breast cancer disparities that continue to impact Black women and underserved communities.

Every outreach event, educational opportunity, and community partnership brings us one step closer to a future where everyone has equitable access to breast cancer screening, diagnosis, treatment, and support.
