Imagine getting to help women every day who are interested in becoming a lifesaving milk donor!
Your day job could help save infant lives and provide support, care, and guidance to our milk donors.
This role includes:
-providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and occasionally in-person interactions.
-maintaining accurate, ongoing, and organized documentation, including timely clinical charting and data entry
-liaising with health care providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of donor medical release forms
Experience in a human services field such as healthcare, social work, counseling, or education is desired and an Associate degree preferred.
