🕯 Introducing the Child Memorial Candle 🕯️

Some of the most meaningful traditions begin with a simple act of love.

Last year, before the Bradford Rex Bego Memorial Kickball Tournament, our family lit two candles—one for Bradford and one for Eli—in the beautiful grotto at Cathedral High School. We prayed, entrusted them to our Blessed Mother, and asked for her intercession over every child, every family, and every person who would take part in the tournament.

It became one of the most powerful and healing moments of the entire weekend.

As we stood in prayer, we realized that Bradford and Eli are not forgotten. They continue to be part of our lives, and we believe they continue to pray for us. Since then, this tradition has grown into something we want to share with other families.

This year, we are honored to offer Child Memorial Candles.

For $25, you can dedicate a candle in memory of a child who has touched your life. During the tournament, these candles will be displayed as a visible reminder that love never ends and that every child is remembered.

Whether your loss is recent or happened many years ago, your child's life matters. Their memory matters.

As a Catholic family, we believe in the Communion of Saints—that those who have gone before us remain united with us in Christ. We ask our Blessed Mother to wrap these children in her loving mantle, to intercede for every family carrying the weight of grief, and to pray for healing, hope, and peace for everyone involved in this event.

As the games begin, we'll remember that while we play here on earth, heaven is never far away. We pray that these precious children and all the saints are cheering us on, praying with us, and reminding us that love is stronger than death.

If you would like to honor the memory of your child with a Child Memorial Candle, they are available for $25. Your dedication will not only remember a precious life but will also support the Bradford Rex Bego Memorial Fund and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Military Honor Guard.

Join us as 12 teams of 12–15 players compete in a fun-filled tournament open to all ages and skill levels. Whether you're playing, volunteering, or donating, every person helps continue Brad's legacy while supporting two meaningful causes.

All proceeds benefit:

The Bradford Rex Bego Memorial Fund at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, which aids in bringing Jesus to everyone.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Military Honor Guard, who buried Bradford with honors to make a forever 8 years old dreams of being a solider fulfilled by this beautiful organization.
