Did you know that the FHL University of Leadership and Transformation offers a 15-week certificate for Developmental Education for Leadership Intensive (DELI)? Leadership development within this course will emphasize both the inner and outer development. This means that along with the educational instruction for building the “know how” of a leader, we build the inner capacity of that leader also. This is so that emerging leaders understand that they will be accountable for the decisions they make. Every leader’s decisions affect those they lead, so every result will rise and fall on that leader’s shoulders.

Faith Hope and Love Community is honored to be part of the upcoming Pastor & Congregational Leadership Workshop on June 27 at Englewood Christian Church.

A special thank you to the Southside US Colored Troop Coalition for the invitation and for bringing together pastors, church leaders, and community partners to strengthen collaboration both inside and outside church walls.
