The Heart of America Winter Instructional and Exposure Clinic

For players ages 12-18 years old
(Middle School-High School)
Cost: $165.00 per participant Early Bird
$188.00 per participant after November 16
(Open to any and all entrants. Enrollment will be limited.)

(More instructors/coaches will be added as clinic fills to the predetermined participant limit)

Clinic will feature instruction from the above mentioned staff in the areas of offense, defense and pitching and catching. Sessions will feature a skill evaluation/practice/drill sessions and other informational sessions presented by the collegiate staff. There will also be a general question and answer for players, parents, and coaches attending the event.

Pre-registration for this event is REQUIRED. Enrollment will be limited. 1-hour tunnel rental — $50 for non-members
1 Performance Class — $20 for non-members

If you’re using the facility consistently, a membership can pay for itself pretty quick. Members can use the facility anytime with 24/7 access using our Kisi door integration app.

SPY SUMMER 60 CHAMP 🏆

Shoutout to Hudson Davenport for winning our SPY Summer 60 Challenge!

From June 1st – July 31st, Hudson added 4 lbs of muscle while dropping his body fat from 9.7% to 9.2%.

Hudson put in the work all summer and the results showed. Adding muscle while dropping body fat is no easy task.

Great work, Hudson! Keep it rolling!

🚨 You opened the video… so unfortunately, the rules are the rules 😂

lucky for you (for now) Coach Josh didn’t have his best performance when this video was taken..

From here on out we will do one challenge per week until the golf tournament on October 9th! If a coach completes the challenge - you have two options:

💵 Donate at least $1 to Wolfpack Athletics
⛳ Put together a team and join us for the Wolfpack Athletics Golf Tournament on October 9th!

If the coach does not complete the challenge - He/She will personally donate $30 to Wolfpack Athletics.

Every dollar helps support our athletes and program — and yes, we’re absolutely willing to embarrass ourselves a little bit to raise some money 😂

We have some ideas for the next challenge, but we want to hear from you - who should we challenge next??

The before-and-after results for the Summer Intro to Strength Program are here!

We started on June 2nd and finished on July 31st. Every 5-rep max shown was required to be completed with a form score of at least 4 out of 5. So if they went heavier on day one but lost form, they could not record those numbers.

Beckham, Landon and Liam completed our Intro to Strength summer program, lifting twice per week with an emphasis on major compound lifts.

The goal of this program was to teach proper core bracing, breathwork and muscle engagement for each lift—helping the athletes move more efficiently, build strength safely and gain confidence in the weight room before moving on to high school.

Adding weight is great, but learning to move safely and correctly will always come first. Great work, boys! Stay tuned for the winner of the Summer 60 Challenge to be announced.

In case you missed it over the weekend, JJ Bleday made history and HIT FOR THE CYCLE in his first 4 at bats of the game against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Pretty cool moment for a guy who used our facility for some training last offseason! We feel very blessed and humbled to get to meet athletes playing at the highest level.
