That’s right folks- more exciting things happening at the building!!

Thank you to the amazing folks at Enbridge and their very generous donation to the building. We are getting NEW lanes and a great face lift in the lower level!

Also partnering with Highway 51 Bowling - Bar and Arcade who will be running and operating the space. Great group of folks that are bringing a whole new energy to the space to make it enjoyable for the whole family!
So follow their page as well so you can follow all of the improvements and opening dates!

Highway 51 Bowling - Bar and Arcade (formerly the Hurley Lanes) is coming... with some exciting changes in the upcoming months to upgrade the lanes and facility! We are working with the Iron County Restoration Committee with a plan to bring these upgrades to life over the next month.... Watch for updates and news and we start making progress and get ready for welcoming bowlers back and into the 2026 upcoming Fall League Season!!

Everything from the bowling alley at our building WILL BE THEOWN OUT by 8-14-26

If you have any personal items to pick up please contact us before then.

We have a large volume of very old bowling balls if anyone is interested in them for art project etc. you are welcome to them before they hit the dumpster.

More improvements being worked on!

The committee is so happy and proud to see the projects come to life that we have worked hard on planning and organizing.

Some of you may have seen some work being done at the building and we couldn’t be happier with how the project is progressing.
There are more touches to come!
There will be a wheel chair ramp on the other side. (Already purchased)
And we would like to add a roof over the deck, but we will have to raise some more funds to be able to complete that section.
The cannon has been completed in its full restoration. It will now be located on the East side of the building so it can be seen from the highway. We are waiting on the new concrete slab to be completed for its placement.
There has been updates to the electrical on the stage area completed as well to make it safer and more energy efficient.
We also have some very exciting news coming soon on major improvements to the bowling alley area of the building.
The building committee is truly dedicated to continue the buildings restoration and updates to have it be a true treasure to the community for many years to come.
Special thank you to project managers Doug Swartz and Murph Youngs on all their hard work to keep this project moving forward.
