Big News!!!

If you are an early childhood educator serving children 0-3yrs old you better stop what you are doing and read this now.

You won't regret it!

โœจ Big news! โœจ

What if coaching didnโ€™t pull you away from your classroomโ€ฆ but stepped right into it?

Weโ€™re looking for infant, toddler, and young preschool educators (ages 0โ€“3) to join a FREE 6-month coaching cohort where youโ€™ll receive individualized coaching, in-class support, observations, professional learning, and access to E-DECAโ€”all designed to help you thrive.

Research consistently shows that coaching is one of the most effective forms of professional development because itโ€™s ongoing, individualized, and embedded in real classroom experiences. Educators who receive coaching are more likely to implement high-quality teaching practices, strengthen teacher-child relationships, and create learning environments where children thrive.

๐Ÿ’š This incredible opportunity is completely FREE thanks to the Early Years Initiative Grant, made possible through Indiana Wesleyan University, The Portland Foundation, and United Way of Grant County.

Weโ€™re so grateful for partners who believe in investing in early childhood educators and the children they serve.

๐Ÿ“Serving Jay, Grant, Blackford, Adams, Wells, and Huntington counties.

๐Ÿ“ง Email [email protected] to register for one of our virtual informational meetings on August 12 or 13.

Because when we invest in educators, we change classrooms. And when we change classrooms, we change lives. ๐Ÿ’›
