Calling all Huntington County 6th grade tackle football players! Signups for Jr Vikings 6th grade football is still open. If you have not signed up yet, use the link below so you don't miss your chance. If you're unfamiliar with this awesome opportunity, 6th graders from Huntington play on a competitive tackle football travel team playing against other NE8 conference opponents. No tryouts, no cuts, with the focus on development of skills, fundamentals, and teamwork. Everyone will play, doesn't matter if you have never played tackle football before. This is your opportunity! Practices will be at Huntington North High School, beginning after school starts in the fall, and games will begin the end of August with the entire season wrapping up by mid October. Best of all this is FREE to all participants thanks to the fundraising efforts of the Huntington QB Club. This is the second year for this program, and it's only getting better!!

PAL Club Flag and Tackle league registration is now open. JR Vikings 6th grade football is also open for registration. Look for more information in the next few days on Jr Vikings 6th grade football as well as Sunday Academy for 6,7&8th graders coming in July and HN Vikings Youth camp July 6,7&9! Football season is just around the corner!

The Huntington North High School Varsity Football team is still looking for 2 managers to help with summer football practices as well as during the season. This position will primarily involve helping support the coaching staff on daily tasks like setting up for practice, getting water, doing laundry, as well as game day tasks. This is a fun opportunity to be a part of the internal workings of a football program from a non player position. If you complete the season in good standing, you are a part of the team, and will receive any reward the team may achieve including letters, sectional patches, etc. If you are interested please fill out the Google Form attached to this post.
