Tomorrow is our very last Market on Main Street and we are going out with a bang by celebrating 🥨🍺🍂Oktoberfest!! 🍂🍺🥨

Here's what you can expect at the event:

🌽Kids Activities, including a corn bin, inflatables, and more! Shout out to Best Friend Network LLC for helping out with the inflatables.
🎵Live music by String Theory, who will be playing oldies and German Music, sponsored by HomeCraft-Huntington
🥨Great Food! Wise Guys Downtown will have a tent serving german food, beers, and more. Gracefully Gourmet will have soft pretzels. JB's "Cuisine Machine" will have Schnitzels and bratwurst. The VFW POST 2689 is doing a complete German meal over at their Park Drive location. Whatcha Havin'? Food Truck will have some fun fall desserts. Taqueria azteca will be joining us again because they had so much fun at last month's event!

🛍Downtown business sidewalk sales, raffles, giveaways, and more!
🏆Contests for all ages! Stein holding contests for the adults, pumpkin holding contests for the kids, and a costume contest for everyone!
🎉Oktoberfest shopping bingo! Stop by the Main Street table on Washington street to pick up your bingo card and bring it back to be entered in a drawing to win $50 in gift cards to downtown businesses!

Kick off the weekend with our final Market on Main Street of the season from 3-7pm!

Think cozy fall evening, harvest festival and Oktoberfest all rolled into one. Enjoy the Farmers Market, food trucks, sidewalk sales and live music featuring oldies and German favorites while you shop, stroll and soak up the fall atmosphere downtown. 🥨🎶🍂

Then on Saturday...

👻 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17 | HAUNTINGTON 🎃
The mood changes from cozy to spooky as Hauntington takes over downtown from 5-8pm!

Bring the whole family for FREE Halloween fun including Trunk or Treat, a Kids Area, Costume Contest, Costume Parade, Pumpkin Painting and more! 🎃🍬👻

So grab your sweater on Friday, your costume on Saturday, and make a whole weekend of it in downtown Huntington!

🍂 Calling Huntington nonprofits, churches, and community organizations! 🍂

We're looking for local organizations who would like to join us for Oktoberfest: Market on Main Street on Friday, October 16 from 3–7 PM!

We're hoping to add even more of that fun, welcoming fall festival feeling to our final Market of the season, and we'd love to have local organizations be part of it.

Think simple, family-friendly fall activities such as:
🎃 A pumpkin or fall craft
🍂 A small fall-themed game
🎨 A kids' activity
🍎 A seasonal treat or giveaway
🧡 A simple activity that helps people connect with your organization

You don't have to have a big setup or elaborate activity. We're simply looking for organizations that want to get involved, meet people and help make downtown feel festive!
