The M-SRA was established in 1974 and has a membership of nearly 500 cowboys and cowgirls from Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas. The primary purpose of the M-SRA is to promote good will and closer cooperation and relationships among stock contractors, contestants, committees, spectators, and everyone involved in the sport of rodeo. Members compete in over 50 rodeos throughout the summer to qualify for the M-SRA Finals

Friday night is NIGHT ONE of the Mid-States Finals Rodeo, and the fun keeps going after the last ride!

Join us immediately following the rodeo for the Calcutta in the East Building at the Adams County Fairgrounds.

**Building pens, using generators, and/or tying out horses is not acceptable on the grounds! A fine will be assessed if the rules are broken.

*No refunds will be issued after reservations are made.

You will have to check out individually for each stall and/or hook up being reserved - I am aware this is a little time consuming, but it is the format that is being used.

🏨 - Hotels - Please be booking these, there is a large event in Hastings and hotels may be hard to come by. The M-SRA has a block reserved for contract personnel, what is not booked will be released back to the general population September 8th.
⛺Camper Hookups and Stalls can be booked online now!

The Mid States Rodeo Association extends its sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Bob McKay. He leaves behind a wonderful legacy and friendships that will be cherished forever! 🙏

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 am on Monday, August 31, 2026 at Carrol McKay Rodeo Arena in O'Neill Ne. Burial will be in the O'Neill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with a 7 pm Prayer Service.
