What is it?

The Colorado Pet Overpopulation Fund (CPOF) is a specific charitable fund established in 2001 by the Colorado State Legislature. CPOF exists to work with animal care and control organizations (including pet rescues), veterinarians and local communities to curb pet overpopulation in Colorado; to provide medical care to make shelter pets more adoptable; and to educate the public about the importance of controlling pet overpopulation.

Friends located along our highways!

ISO: blank walls for FREE MURALS!!! PLEASE READ BELOW!⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️

A couple of years ago we were contacted by Shirley Freienmuth, local eastern Coloradan, and 1969 Limon graduate, asking us if we had a blank wall what would we want to paint?!? We have come to call this the “dream project”. In memory of her brother, Gary Weibert, we will be doing pop up murals on the I-70 corridor, celebrating life on the plains. These murals will be 4x5 in nature and will be selected from a pre-designed layouts. We will be completing these 8-26 to the 28th

Wall requirements
- No metal
-Central to community/high visibility
- Semi-smooth surfaces
- Eye-level and below
- Located in: Burlington, Bethune, Stratton, Vona, Seibert, Flagler, Arriba, Genoa, Hugo, Limon.
