Our Philosophy
We believe the quality of a performance experience for both the audience and the performers is dependent on the material being performed and the sincerity with which it is presented. To that end we concentrate on classic literature, which has proven its beauty and truth by maintaining its human appeal through the ages. And to better express our sincerity, we maintain a clean, simple

, and minimal production style. We also believe that audience members should not have to pay a lot for an entertaining theatrical experience, and that performers should not have to pay anything. The simplicity of our production style not only places emphasis on the language and action of each production, but minimizes production expenses. Of course, we are also dependent on our generous advertisers and our fabulous patrons. All this makes it possible for us to remain committed to a $10 ticket price, continue a high frequency of production, and offer many differing performance opportunities throughout the year with no fee or other financial commitment from the performers.
