💙 A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM ME TONIGHT 💙

As many of you just saw, we officially met our $10,000 match.

To be completely honest, I never expected this.

In all the years I have been running Purrrfect Angels Rescue, I never imagined we would raise this amount of money through one fundraiser.

Even though money comes and goes in rescue, and every dollar is spent helping the cats that nobody else wants, this one feels different.

Tonight, I just want to say thank you.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

This is the largest donation our rescue has ever received, and it only happened because several amazing people came together and believed in our mission.

Will it erase our vet bill? No.

Will it stop the emergencies? No.

Will it make all the struggles disappear? No.

But it helps.

And sometimes, when you’re carrying the weight of hundreds of lives on your shoulders, help means everything.

There are days when I am exhausted.

Days when I wonder how much longer I can keep doing this.

Days when I want to shut the page down, walk away, and say, “I can’t do this anymore.”

Rescue is hard.

It’s heartbreaking.

It’s stressful.

It’s expensive.

And like every nonprofit rescue, we survive because people believe in what we do.

We survive because of our community.

We survive because of our followers.

We survive because people choose to care.

So tonight, I am grateful.

Grateful for every donor.

Grateful for every share.

Grateful for every kind message.

Grateful for every person who believes that these cats deserve a chance.

We are not out of the woods yet. We still have a massive vet bill. We still have cats needing medical care. We still have mouths to feed every single day.

But tonight, I am choosing to focus on gratitude.

Thank you for believing in me.

Thank you for believing in Purrrfect Angels.

And most importantly…

Thank you for believing in the cats.

We have been getting a lot of questions about our matching challenge, and we are excited to finally share the news…

Tomorrow, we will be putting a portion of these funds toward our veterinary bill.

While this incredible $10,000 will help tremendously, it will still leave us with approximately $22,000 owed. But thanks to all of you, we are able to make a significant payment.❤️

“THEY ARE COUNTING ON US” 🙏💙

🚨🚨 URGENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – ORLANDO COLONY FEEDERS 🚨🚨

Hello followers, and happy Thursday.

Today we are making an urgent plea for help. 💔

Over three years ago, we took over a cat colony in Orlando after discovering the cats had been abandoned by the person who was supposed to be caring for them.

The cats had all been TNR’d (spayed and neutered), but their feeder stopped showing up and left them to fend for themselves. When we arrived, many of them were starving and desperately waiting for food.

Since that day, Purrrfect Angels Rescue has made sure these cats never go hungry.Along with 2 amazing ladies who feed them daily.

🌞 Rain or shine.
🌧️ Hot or cold.
📅 365 days a year.

These cats depend on us every single day.

Unfortunately, we have just learned that one of our dedicated weekend feeders has had a change in her work schedule and will no longer be able to help on a regular basis.

Because of this, we are in DESPERATE NEED of volunteers for:⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

🔹 Fridays
🔹 Saturdays
🔹 Sundays

Even if you can only commit to ONE day, it would make a huge difference.They are only fed once a day times vary on feeding time but morning are good or anytime between 11 am and 1pm‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🙏

For the safety of the cats, we will NOT publicly disclose the exact location.

All we ask is that you:
✔️ Feed the cats
✔️ Refill fresh water
✔️ Pick up any old plates
✔️ Send us a quick update afterward

That’s it.

The feeding process is simple, and someone will gladly show you exactly what to do.

These cats have already experienced abandonment once in their lives.

We cannot let them experience it again.

💔 If we do not find help, there will be days these cats may not have anyone available to feed them.

Momma and babies are doing AMAZING so far! 🙏❤️

Sherbet is eating, drinking, caring for her babies, and being the sweetest mom ever. She has allowed us to check the babies, move them when needed, and make sure everyone is healthy. She just purrs away while caring for her little family. 🥹💕
