Today we launched the 1st Champions Club in the country of Costa Rica. It’s located in a beautiful school that is making a huge difference in one of the most impoverished areas of San Jose. Thank you to and his daughter Victoria for helping us dedicate this work in San Jose. So many special needs kids and families will be impacted. 🫶

Boys should know how to treat people with disabilities.

Most people don’t know what to say… so they stare, avoid, or say the wrong thing.

Today we taught the boys something simple: speak to them, not around them. Don’t stare. Don’t assume. Just be respectful. Also, lend a helping hand.

Before we started, they all knew we were trying to teach so they didn’t think I was really being mean.

At the end of the day, they’re people first.

Scripture: “God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him.” Hebrews 6:10 NIV

You don’t need a title to make a difference. You may not be “Teacher,” “Therapist,” or “Specialist,” but you are everything your child needs. You’re security. You’re comfort. You’re their biggest cheerleader.
And God sees it all. He will not forget your labor of love.

There is no such thing as “just a mom” or “just a dad” in the Kingdom of God. You are His chosen ambassador to your child. Walk confidently in that role, because Heaven is backing you.

Prayer: God, thank You that You remember every loving act. Help me walk securely in the calling You’ve placed on my life today.
