The Charlotte County Food Bank will be distributing food, cleaning supplies, feminine hygiene products, paper products, and incontinence supplies Wednesday, May 27th from 7-9 am and 2-4 pm. We don't ask for any personal financial information... All are welcome. Please spread the word!

Updating everyone on how CCFB is doing. We served 556 people in April. 22 new families were served. Donations have dropped off while customers have increased. Please remember to include a couple of items for CCFB while you do your own shopping. Donation drop off locations include: Village Presbyterian Church in Charlotte Court House, Drakes Branch Presbyterian Church, Gethsemane Presbyterian Church in Drakes Branch, CVHS Charlotte Drug Store, Cullen Baptist Church, Madisonville Presbyterian Church and Beale Memorial Presbyterian Church in Pamplin. Thank you everyone for providing food for your neighbors.

UPDATE: A Girl Scout troop has volunteered for February. We will continue to need someone every month. I will get in contact with all those who posted about wanting to help. We DEFINITELY need you and this is a great way to help your community. Charlotte County Food Bank has been serving over 500 people a month!!

We have lost our RHHS athletic help for setting up the Food Bank each month. If there are groups that would like to help us set up each month we would love it!! Anytime from the Thursday evening before Food Bank to the night before Food Bank. Let us know if you and your group would like to help set up. It probably would take about an hour to sort food, and organize on tables. Thanks so much.

NOTICE; Due to icy conditions, single digit temperatures, and other weather related conditions, we are cancelling Food Bank in January. We ill miss seeing you! PLEASE spread the word!!!

Dear friends

Please stay safe and warm during the storm. Please remember to check to see that there is no school on Wednesday. If there is NO school, there will be no Food Bank.

We want to be there for you.... but we want to make sure you are safe and that our volunteers can make it safely to Food Bank.
