The Grand County Rural Health Network is a nonprofit organization that services both Grand and Jackson counties in Colorado. We believe everyone has the right to health care and to understand how to access that care. We understand that good health encompasses more than health care, and that we are all healthier together. Our dedicated staff works in partnership with health providers, businesses, a

nd community members to improve the future of health systems in our community. We work to educate our neighbors and help them navigate those systems to ensure they have the information and services they need to live their healthiest lives.

Our very own Executive Director, Amanda Uehlein, will be on KFFR 88.3 FM tomorrow between 3 - 4pm to talk about the Rural Health Network and the ways that our team can assist you, your family, your neighbors and friends in both Grand and Jackson counties. Did you know that in 2025, the Rural Health Network helped locals save over $1 million on health-related needs?

She’ll also be sharing about the big event in Granby this Sunday, June 14th - FUTURE TOWN: La Festival de la INTERdependencia between 12-2pm in Polhamus Park and at 2:15pm a FREE performance by Illusionist Professor Phelyx with simultaneous Spanish/English translation at the Granby Library during the "love letters to Grand County" workshop.

Please join us on Sunday - FREE food, entertainment, and community connection for you and yours to celebrate what we all love about Grand County and imagining our future together!
