We say it often: we can’t change the world for everyone, but together we can change the world for one family.

On Saturday, May 30th, we’ll be serving a family in Jefferson, GA as they begin a new chapter. Together, we’ll transform an empty house into a fully furnished home — because everyone deserves a place to feel safe, rest, and heal. 🏡✨

Congratulations to Jaycee! 💚

We’re excited to celebrate her graduation from Junior Leadership Jackson and to share that she is officially our very first intern at Rooted Interiors! 🎉

It means so much to have her as part of our team, and we’re looking forward to watching her grow, make an impact, and step into all that this experience holds. Investing in the next generation of leaders is something we deeply believe in, and it’s a privilege to play even a small role in that journey.

After walking through so many challenges and obstacles, this beautiful family has purchased their very first home 🏡💚

At the end of May, they will be moving to Jefferson, GA and we have the honor of rooting them at home so they can begin this brand new chapter together. While only mom and two of the children are pictured, this sweet family includes dad and 5 additional children as well.

This is what Rooted Interiors is all about. Not just providing furniture… but helping create stability, dignity, healing, and a place to truly call home.

They have nothing! We would love for our community to help us welcome them to Jackson County and to support this family as we begin gathering the essentials they need for their home. Their wishlist will be shared soon, but in the meantime, monetary donations can be made to:

Imagine losing everything. Your home. Your stability. Your sense of safety. Imagine navigating homelessness completely alone — no family to call, no couch to sleep on, no support system to catch you when life falls apart.

That’s the reality for so many people in our community.

But today, one incredible young woman walks into something different. Not just furniture. Not just an apartment. A space designed for healing. A space where she can finally exhale. A space that reflects her — her personality, her worth, her future.

Because surviving is exhausting. And when you’ve spent so long in survival mode, your environment matters more than most people realize.

Today was about restoring dignity. Creating peace. Helping someone feel human again. Helping someone believe they can thrive again.

Everyone deserves a space that tells them:
You are safe here. You are worthy here. You can rebuild here.
