Rooted Interiors

A little thoughtfulness goes a long way toward making a house feel like home. 🏡

A huge thank you to At Home for their generous donation of home accessories to Rooted Interiors!

We believe the little details matter. A lamp, a vase, a picture frame, or a decorative accent might seem small, but together, they help transform a furnished space into a home that feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared.

These are the finishing touches that remind the families we serve that they are worthy of more than just the necessities. They’re worthy of beauty, comfort, and a place that feels like their own.

We’re so grateful to At Home for helping us bring that feeling to more families transitioning out of homelessness.

Because every family deserves a place where they feel at home.

A little look inside a Rooted Interiors home visit. 🏡🤍

We had the privilege of meeting with a single father who has an 8-year-old son so we can prepare for their upcoming Rooting Day!

Right now, this father and son are sharing a bed, while his son’s bedroom sits nearly empty.

When we asked Dad what he hoped for, his answer was simple. He just wants his little boy to have a comfortable space of his own. 🥹

A bed to call his own. A place to play. A room filled with things chosen just for him. A space where he can rest, grow, and feel at home.

And that’s exactly what we’re preparing to create!

At Rooted Interiors, our home visits are about so much more than measuring rooms and making furniture lists. They’re about listening, building relationships, and learning what home means to each family we serve.

And we’d love for YOU to be part of this family’s transformation!

We’re inviting individuals, families, and businesses to help sponsor this home. Whether you’d like to sponsor the entire transformation, a single room, or even a specific area, every contribution helps us create something meaningful for this father and son.

We’re out in the community today! 💚

Rooted Interiors is at the 2026 Business Expo at the Braselton Civic Center, hosted by Leather and Lace Events.

One thing we’ll never stop doing is spreading awareness about the families we serve, the work happening behind the scenes, and all the ways our community can be part of helping a house feel like home.

Every conversation matters. Every new connection matters. And every person who learns about Rooted helps our mission reach a little farther.

Grateful for another opportunity to share what we do and why home changes everything. 🏡

A truck full of mattresses and a whole lot of gratitude 💚

A huge thank you to Lanier Islands for donating mattresses to Rooted Interiors Georgia, to Syfan Logistics, Inc. for making sure they made it safely to us and everyone else involved to make this happen!

Because of partners like these, more families will have a comfortable place to rest, reset, and begin making their house feel like home.

This is what community looks like—people using what they have, helping where they can, and making a real difference together.

Definitely worth celebrating. 🏡✨

Rooted Interiors had the opportunity to share our mission with CBS Atlanta and, even more importantly, to help tell the story of one of the families we’ve had the privilege of serving.

This work has never been just about furniture. It’s about helping families experience dignity, stability, belonging, and the feeling that comes with finally being able to say, “We’re home.”

We’re so grateful for the chance to bring more awareness to this mission and to the community that makes it possible.

If you missed the story, you can watch it here.

And if it moves you, please LIKE, SHARE, and help us spread the word. Every share introduces Rooted Interiors to someone new—and that can mean another volunteer, another furniture donation, another financial gift, and ultimately another family we’re able to say “yes” to.

Thank you for continuing to help us turn houses into homes.

After experiencing addiction, prison, and homelessness, a Georgia family was able to buy their first house. Thanks to a nonprofit, they can start their new lives with fully-furnished rooms.

We’re on the news tonight! ✨

We had the opportunity to share our mission, sit down with one of the families we previously rooted in Jefferson, Ga and share a little more about what happens after a family receives the keys—and why creating a true sense of home matters.

We’re so grateful to this family for being willing to share their incredible story and to everyone in our community who continues to make these moments possible.

Tune in tonight at 6PM on CBS News Atlanta to hear more about Rooted Interiors and the heart behind our mission.

Those smiles seeing their transformed room for the first time 🤩💕

Two sisters walked into what had been an empty bedroom and found a space created completely with them in mind—a place to sleep, play, grow, and feel at home.

This room came together because a village showed up. From a Girl Scout troop setting up the room to Sleep in Heavenly Peace of Jackson County building the bunkbed to Kares 4 Kids providing a teddy bear and every person who helped with the details, so many hands made this moment possible.

Every child deserves a space that says, “You belong here.”
