Dying To Live Foundation

Dying To Live Foundation D2L is a non-profit who supports recovery from Substance Abuse Disorder.

Since many health insurance companies do not cover all/any of the cost of substance abuse treatment, D2L raises money to help with expenses connected to addiction recovery such as travel to rehabilitation centers, misc. medical co-payments, sober living in-take fees, etc.

Today is especially meaningful as D2L will have the honor of awarding two memorial scholarships at Sachem East HS in my son Ryan’s memory — on what would have been his 29th birthday ❤️

Ryan was Sachem East graduate himself – Class of 2015. Today is not just a reminder that Ryan is deeply missed, but that his legacy continues through others and the opportunities created in his name, to help those who struggle with addiction.

Congratulations to this year’s recipients. We hope this scholarship supports their next chapter and serves as a reminder to carry kindness, determination, and purpose forward.
