Clinically Pressed A 501c3 non-profit focused on 'Making the Complicated Simple. We called it 'Solving the World's Problems Coffee Hour'. Then it dawned on us.

Through Results that Give Back.' Our focus is to provide unbiased information and resources to help people on their health journey and provide safety equipment for all active people. The three of us started getting together every Wednesday morning to drink coffee, take a break and figure out how we were going to make an impact and how we could work together to do so. We chatted about all kinds of

ideas; research, new workouts, combining things, and crazy ideas we heard on podcasts. We should start a podcast. Yep, that is how we thought we might be able to make a dent into the worlds problems (it all starts with a dent right?) So here we are now. Several months of planning, brainstorming and politely asking Kyle's friend Justin (the AV guy) if he could help us out. So what it all is about is that Clinically Pressed is going to be a traveling podcast and we will be recording on location. We are going to interview experts around the country from all health/nutrition/performance professions as well as include round table discussions covering major topics and questions.

A topic that I used to be very into and had since faded for me but listening to an episode of Freakanomics brought it back to the front of my mind. Do the shoes you wear really matter? The episode talked about the evolution of shoes and what it means to your feet and some of the long-term health of your feet and body in general.

In this Clinical Insight we get back into the discussion and offer some practical points to take away that you can apply to finding the “right” shoe for you. We also discuss time and place and that it doesn’t have to be one way or the other. Enjoy.
