Honoring Legacy Award Recipient Nora Tonn 💐🎗️

Nora’s impact extends far beyond any title or accomplishment. Through her unwavering commitment to family, community, and helping others, she has inspired countless people with her strength, compassion, and resilience.

In the face of profound loss, Nora has transformed grief into purpose. Creating a lasting legacy of kindness, generosity, and support for others. Through her philanthropic efforts and dedication to young athletes and families facing pediatric cancer, her impact continues to be felt throughout our community and beyond.

We are honored to celebrate Nora and the example she sets for all of us: that resilience is not simply overcoming adversity, but choosing to create hope and opportunity for others along the way.

Ladies who lead create lasting impact 🌺

In the 2025-2026 club year, HJWC raised $186,979 to support scholarships and local charitable organizations throughout our community. How much can we raise this year?

Because of the generosity of our members, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and event attendees, we were able to make an impact in ways both big and small:

✨ 230 car seats for children through Share Our Spare
✨ Wigs and supplies for patients undergoing cancer treatment
✨ 153 backpacks for families served by People’s Resource Center
✨ Bear Hug kits bringing comfort to children battling pediatric cancer
✨ Scholarships helping local young women pursue higher education

Behind every number is a child, a family, a student, or a neighbor whose life was made a little brighter because this community chose to show up.

As we prepare for our Ladies Who Lead luncheon, “Resiliency in Bloom”, we’re celebrating the impact made possible by your support and looking ahead to all we can accomplish together in the coming year.

Thank you to our executive board, committee chairs, members, sponsors, donors, and volunteers who make this work possible. Together, we’re helping resilience bloom throughout our community.
