We traveled to Pignon to encourage and minister to a group of children. The number of kids was much greater than we expected! We had planned and packed bags for 100 children, but we ended up with more than 150. Needless to say, we didn’t have enough for everyone. Oops! 😅

We ended up making sure the smaller children received a bag, and although it didn’t go exactly as planned, we were reminded that God is always in control.

We have truly enjoyed our time ministering here in the country and are so grateful that God allowed us to come and serve. Even in the heat and long days, God gave us the strength and energy we needed, and plenty of patience too! Working with children isn’t always easy, but it is such a blessing.

We are thankful for the opportunity to share the Gospel, encourage these children, and be a small part of what God is doing here in Haiti.

Today was the final day of camp, and what a beautiful week it has been! The kids made bracelets using five different colors, with each color representing an important part of the way of salvation. It was a wonderful opportunity to share the Gospel with them in a simple and meaningful way.

There was so much excitement today, but also some sadness as we came to the end of our week together. We are incredibly grateful for all that God has done throughout this camp and for every child who came through our doors.
But the ministry doesn’t stop here. We are blessed to have an amazing staff who will continue investing in these children and serving the community throughout the year.
This week, we planted seeds. We pray that God will water those seeds, grow them, and produce much fruit for His kingdom.

After camp, we will travel to Pignon to visit and participate in a kids’ club with another group of children. We are excited for another opportunity to share the love of Christ and continue the work God has called us to do.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, encouraged, and helped make this week possible. Your support has made a difference in the lives of these children and in our ministry here in Haiti.

To God be all the glory!

Day 4 of camp has come to an end, and we continue to praise God for all He is doing!

Today, the kids completed their planting project. Throughout the week, they learned that faith is like a seed, it must be planted, nurtured, and cared for in order to grow. As they took their little plants home, they were reminded to water them and watch them grow, just as they must continue to grow in their faith by spending time in God's Word and trusting Him each day.

Tomorrow will be our final day of camp. While we are excited to celebrate all that God has done this week, we also pray that the seeds of the gospel planted in these children's hearts will continue to grow and bear fruit for years to come.

It has been such a privilege and blessing to share the love of Christ with these precious children. Thank you for praying for our team, the children, and their families. Please continue to pray for strength as we finish camp well and that God would continue His work in every heart.

We had another very busy and fruitful day at camp! The building was filled with the joyful sounds of children memorizing Bible verses in every room. It is such a blessing to hear God's Word being hidden in their hearts.

The children also had a wonderful time in crafts, where they learned about faith and how even faith as small as a mustard seed can be used by God. They began a special project by planting their own vegetable seeds to take home. Their responsibility will be to water and care for their plants as they grow, reminding them that faith, like a seed, grows when it is nurtured.

Later in the day, we visited families who needed help with their homes, and we had the privilege of praying with a young woman who is very sick. We ask that you would join us in praying for her healing and for God's peace to surround her.

To finish the day, our team packed backpacks that will be given to the children at the end of camp.
We are so grateful for God's grace, His faithfulness, and for our incredible team serving so faithfully here in Haiti. Thank you for continuing to pray for us, the children, and the families we have privileged to serve. To God be the glory!

Thank you for continuing to pray for our team, the children, and everyone serving throughout the week. We are grateful to see God at work in so many young lives as they learn His Word, memorize Scripture, sing praises, and grow in their faith.

Today was the first full day of camp with the kids, and we had another wonderful day of ministry—despite the heat!

The children spent a lot of time memorizing Scripture as we continue studying the book of 1 John. They also learned new songs, enjoyed Bible stories, and had an amazing time making crafts with their favorite, Madame Blan Phyllis ("Madame White").

We were blessed with a bunch of kids and we didn't have enough seating for everyone.

To prepare for tomorrow, we purchased a few boards to place on concrete blocks and use as additional benches.

We praise God for another great day of ministry and are thankful for His faithfulness. Please continue praying for strength, safety, and open hearts as the week continues.

Our camp started yesterday with a morning worship service. The service was beautiful, and hearing people praise the same God in different languages was an amazing reminder of the unity we have in Christ.

Martin preached from 1 Samuel 1, and many were encouraged as they reflected on Hannah’s story and how it relates to their own struggles and seasons of waiting. At the end of the service, several people came forward for prayer and encouragement.

In the evening, we held staff training with those who will be serving throughout the week of camp. We give thanks to God for a successful first day of ministry. We pray that He continues to give us strength, wisdom, and stamina for the days ahead.

Thank you for continuing to keep us in your prayers.
