WEATHER & MEETING UPDATE:
Brethren of the AMD, SM Josh Finley has asked me to announce we will proceed with tonight's meeting as planned. He, and we all understand that several brothers may not make the trip due to weather and road conditions, but there is some business that needs to be addressed if a quorum is formed.
Brethren, please do not make the trip if you have any concerns about road conditions and safety. As we know, weather can change rapidly and unexpectedly. As of the time I am typing this email, precipitation is forecast locally after 11:00PM. I emphasize "locally" because we know out in Kerrville and the Hill Country that conditions are very different and roads and bridges there may already be affected.
If you are able to join us, we plan on at least a quorum being present (minimum of three) to address the business. If you are unable to attend and are concerned about weather conditions, please make the safe choice and stay home - we all understand.
Please keep an eye on your email and FaceBook today because if there are any changes we will send out updates as the weather forecast dictates.
