Dear Hills of Shaenfield Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. Please see the information below to register for the Owner Portal. This portal will allow you to access your account documents, ledger and pay your assessments online. We kindly ask that all residents make this a priority, so that all members will be updated and in the loop on all HOA items.

Resident Portal Registration:
We are happy to help you register for the Resident Portal. Go to www.ciranet.com/residentportal and click 'Don't have an account?' below the Log In button.
Create your User account by entering the following information:
Account Number - Use your ACCT #
Check Digit - Use your Check Digit #
Email Address - Enter valid email address.

Password - The password must be at least 8 characters long and must not contain spaces.
When finished, click 'Create User'. If you have not received a coupon book or statement, call CiraConnect's Customer Service Phone at the number listed at the bottom of the web page, and a representative will assist you.

Next, check your email inbox and open the email with subject line 'CiraNet Portal Registration'. Click on the link to activate your account. (The email may be in your 'Junk Mail' folder if you use Spam Protection). The link will take you back to the Login page.

Log in with your email address and the 'Password' that you created in STEP 2. The 'Home Page' will appear. You are now logged into the Resident Portal and are ready to use the functions listed on the left side of your screen.

Reminder there is a HOA meeting tomorrow evening. The meeting will be held at the Fire Department on Shaenfield Roard (11615 Galm Rd) from 6:30 - 8:00.

Dear all Hills of Shaenfield residents!!

We are excited to announce a new features added to the homeowner portal/homeowner App!!

First is for volunteering!
In the past if you were interested in volunteering for the community you had to download and email back a Candidate Profile Form. Well... we have made this so much easier!
When logged in select the tab that says "I Wanna Volunteer", this will take you the the Candidate Profile Form. Please complete the form and click submit at the bottom. This will send your request to the management company and they will get your submission to the appropriate people to review.

What committees are available for Hills of Shaenfield? I'm so glad you asked!

Currently, we have:
ACC - this committee reviews and makes decisions for all of our homeowner improvements.
(specific construction skills are not needed, just a simple understanding of the community guidelines)

A committee your interested in not listed? Perfect, be the 1st to make a recommendation!

Simply log into your homeowner portal (link below) or use the Community Link App. What?! You don't have the Community Link App?! WELL NOW IS THE TIME! Go to your app store and locate the Community Link app. Download and use the same login info you use for your homeowner portal. Picture of the app is listed below.

Morning,
The new HOA company has mailed off the new welcome letters last week. Please look for the information in your mail boxes. If you’re a renter on this page. It will go to the homeowner on file.

Reminder again not to pay the assessment from Spectrum. The new company will send out a notification to the homeowners on record along with a welcome letter. During this transaction of HOA companies. There will be no late charges assessed. When more information comes available, myself or Josh will notify you.
