School is back, schedules are changing & life is getting busy again!
This week we are talking about getting back into a routine without putting pressure on ourselves to have everything perfectly together.
We’ll focus on simple ways to create a little more structure, protect the habits that help us feel grounded & find a rhythm that actually works in real life. Whether you are readjusting to school starting up, trying to get into a good routine after incarceration, trying to rebuild in recovery or just in need of some structure, please join us for this group!
Please join us for our free weekly Women’s Peer Support Group, a safe, welcoming space for anyone on a healing journey.
We take a holistic approach, blending evidence-based recovery tools with creative activities and supportive peer connection. Using therapeutic art, creative expression and reflection, we help women process emotions, build self-awareness, and find healing in a supportive, casual, fun & safe space. And we always have a drawing for a door prize!
This is a “come as you are” group. You dont have to talk, share, or introduce yourself. Just show up.
All women 18 and older are welcome!
🖤 Whether you’re recovering from substance use, trauma, incarceration, or simply trying to rebuild your life, you are welcome.
🛤️ We honor all recovery paths and meet you exactly where you are.
✨ Your recovery and healing can begin, or continue, right here, with people who understand.
📍 Thursdays at 6:30 PM
