Reminder that the 2027 Fair Theme paperwork is due October 1, 2026. If you haven’t already filled out your suggestion get them into the fair office by the due date.

Get your 2027 Fair theme in to the fair office, deadline is October 1, 2027 and the theme will be voted on at the October Fair Board meeting. You can get the form off the fair web page, in the office or email your information and themes to [email protected]

The 2027 Fair dates have been set for July 22-25, 2027. We are still looking for a Fair theme so please get those into the Fair office by the October 1, 2026 deadline. If you need an entry form we have some in the office or on the website.

The next Fair Board meeting will be September 17, 2027 at 6:30 pm in the Fair Boardroom. Please come join, the board will be picking 2 new board members to finish out the vacant terms. If you are interest in being part of the board please provide a letter before the meeting or at the meeting.

The Trinity County Fair Board meeting previously cancelled on August 20, 2026 is now rescheduled to September 3, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Fair Dining Hall.

The Board will be discussing the future of the Fair. Please join us and provide suggestions.

The August 20, 2026 Fair Board Meeting has been postponed due to unforeseen work commitments. A special meeting will be called at a later date.

If you would like to join the Trinity County Fair Board please provide a letter of intent before the September meeting. Currently we have 2 open seats to fill for the remaining term of that board position.

Also please join the Fair Board August 20, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Fair Dining Hall to discuss the future of the fair. Public is welcome.
