C’mon is a female German shepherd in search of her forever home. She showed up on a an elderly couple’s property in Hayfork earlier this year, as much as they like her they are unable to keep her. They have made sure she is healthy, getting her spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is around 5-6 years old.
She loves people and is very affectionate, doesn’t jump up and rarely barks.
Her high prey drive was too much for a potentially adopter with cats. We haven’t been successful with dog introductions, she’s quite territorial. She is very effective in keeping deer squirrels and other four legged creatures out of the garden.
C’mon would do best as an only dog in a home without cats or other animals.
She is a devoted companion to humans and enjoys her walks and dips in the creek, and also does well as an outside dog.
