Breaking the Silence is a clinician-led virtual summit dedicated to supporting men navigating grief, emotional pain, mental health challenges, and su***de risk.
This structured, prevention-focused event will include:

• Male speakers sharing lived experience
• A moderated panel discussion
• Breakout conversations for reflection and connection

Amazing programs, Irish Diaspora Center!

Women's Wellness continues this Wednesday the 21st at 7pm with Dance Fitness with Fi 💃

A low-pressure, dance-based workout combining hip hop and jazz movement for cardio, coordination, and feel-good exercise.

Expect easy-to-follow combinations, upbeat music, and a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace. No dance experience required. All are welcome! Just show up, move, and leave feeling energized.
