There’s still something about those old devotional songs of the church - if your soul’s not anchored in Jesus, you will surely drift away!

Regardless of what the facts may be, the TRUTH of God’s word is what we stand on! God’s promises will always prevail!

This past Sunday at The Gathering Place:

God reminded us that the battle isn’t ours - it belongs to Him! When we lean and depend on Him, He will help us to fight the good fight of faith. No giant, no problem, no situation, and no obstacle is a match for our God, so keep on fighting, and watch God work!

We can’t preach salvation without talking about what we’re saved from. The truth about hell is unpopular, but the saving Gospel of Jesus is necessary. Let’s get “Back to Basics”!

Hear more of this message this Thursday on The Latter Rain Telecast, 9 AM ET on WMCN. Check your local listings.

Calling ALL ladies!

Join us THIS Friday at The Gathering Place for our Women’s Fellowship, where we are “Rooted Together” and “Rising Together”. God is reminding us in this season that we are better together, so don’t miss this time to connect with your sisters!

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 - “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion”.

Our entire Gathering Place family showed up and showed out in support of this past Youth Sunday’s theme: TWIN DAY!

Some coordinated colors, some matched accessories, and some others twinned from head to toe. We even had some triplets! But everyone helped convey a very important message to our youth: that we are ALL in this TOGETHER as brothers and sisters in Jesus!

Ecclesiastes 4:9 NLT - Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed.
