Sam has been an integral part of our teams - both here and formerly at the Abington Y - for two decades! He is a Fitness Coach who always makes members feel safe and supported along their health journeys.

The Willow Grove YMCA Twisters Gymnastics end-of-season banquet was extra special this year. We celebrated the ✨2025 YMCA National Champions✨: the Level 4 Boys Division 2 Team & Level 8 Girls Team.

We held a Hollywood-worthy celebration and ring ceremony to honors these teams and celebrate the incredible accomplishments of the program, coaches, and teammates this season.
