We're happy to share it! Please see the holiday schedule for the dates the office will be closed throughout the year.

We encourage everyone to save this post for future reference. If an emergency maintenance issue arises while the office is closed, please follow the emergency contact procedures provided by the Association.

📢 Reminder: General Membership Meeting Tonight!

The General Membership Meeting will be held this evening, Tuesday, July 28, at 7:00 PM.

💻 Joining by Zoom?
The Zoom link will be emailed this afternoon, a couple of hours before the meeting begins. The meeting will not go live until 7:00 PM, so please click the link just a few minutes before the start time.

🎤 For Zoom participants:
Microphones will remain muted during the meeting. If you have a question or comment, please use the chat feature. Management or the Board will read questions aloud so they may be addressed and discussed with the membership.

📄 Meeting agendas and reports will be available for pickup in the Management Office throughout the day today and for the remainder of the week. These documents will not be distributed electronically.

🤝 We kindly ask everyone to remain respectful and courteous throughout the meeting. Please allow others the opportunity to speak without interruption. Productive discussions happen when everyone has the chance to be heard.
