🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

Chances are we all know someone — or know someone who knows someone — whose life has been touched by breast cancer. A family member, friend, neighbor, coworker… it affects more people in our communities than we sometimes realize. 💗

This is an important reminder that we should care of ourselves and the people we love. Stay informed, know your body, talk with your healthcare provider about appropriate screenings, and don’t put off that appointment. 🎀

And if you're due for your mammogram, consider this your friendly reminder to get it scheduled. 💕

To everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer — we stand with you.

🎀 Think Pink. Spread Awareness. Support One Another. 🎀

🌧️🥶 Cold. Rainy. Gray. Just an all-around blah Monday.

But there IS a bright side…

🏈🦅 THE BIRDS PLAY TONIGHT! 🦅🏈

If there was ever a night made for staying inside, ordering some wings or pizza, throwing on your favorite Eagles gear, and settling in for Monday Night Football — this is it!

So forget about the weather, get comfortable, and get ready to yell at the TV with Birds fans across the Philly area and beyond. 😂

GO BIRDS! 🦅💚

And remember… somewhere in Philly, someone is still wearing shorts in this weather. 😂

🌧️💨 NOR’EASTER INCOMING — PLEASE BE PREPARED! ⚡

With a Nor’easter bringing high winds and bad weather to our area, we want to remind everyone what to do in the event of a power outage.

⚡ If there is a full, property-wide power outage, EACH MEMBER should report the outage directly to PECO.

Please do not assume your neighbor has already reported it. The more individual outage reports PECO receives, the better information they have about the extent of the outage.

🔌 A property-wide power outage is not something Fulmor Heights Maintenance can repair. Power must be restored by PECO, so calling the Maintenance emergency line for a full community outage will not help get the power restored any faster.

🚨 For true maintenance emergencies, please continue to follow the Association’s standard after-hours emergency procedures.

Please stay safe, secure any loose outdoor items, and remember:

Power out? Report it to PECO — don’t rely on your neighbor to do it! ⚡📞

🍂 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍁

It’s officially the season of:

🎃 Pumpkin spice EVERYTHING
🍁 Leaves looking beautiful for approximately five minutes before becoming yard work
🧥 Wearing a sweater in the morning and regretting it by lunchtime
☕ Pretending your third cup of coffee is “for the fall vibes”
🌡️ And Pennsylvania weather saying, “Fall? Never heard of her.” 😂

Bring on the crisp mornings, colorful leaves, cozy nights, and all things fall!

🍂 Happy Fall, Fulmor Heights! 🍂

🎒⚽️📚 And just like that… we’re back in the GRIND! 😂

School is back. Homework has started. Practices are in full swing. Dance, sports, clubs, lessons… and somehow everyone still expects to EAT DINNER EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. 😩🍕

Your afternoon now looks something like:

🚗 Pick up
🏃 Drop off
🚗 Pick up someone else
📚 “Did you do your homework?”
🏃 Back to practice
😵 “Where are your cleats?!”
🍽️ “WAIT… I HAVE TO FEED YOU PEOPLE TOO?!”

To all the parents currently running a small transportation company out of their vehicle while surviving on coffee and whatever snack was left in the center console…

We see you. 😂 You’ve got this!

🍕 And because apparently cereal can’t be dinner EVERY night… we found some quick and easy dinner ideas for those crazy school nights! 👇

🦅💚 HOME OPENER, BABY! 💚🦅

The Birds are back at the Linc, which means it’s officially time for Philadelphia’s favorite fall tradition:

🏈 Questioning every play call
📺 Yelling at the TV like Siri is sending our feedback directly to the sideline
🥨 Eating enough game-day food to require a halftime nap
😤 Declaring the season OVER after one bad drive
🏆 Planning the Super Bowl parade after one good drive
😂 And reminding everyone that NO ONE LIKES US… AND WE DON’T CARE!

Cancel the plans. Put on the green. Secure the snacks.

🦅 GO BIRDS! 🦅
💚 FLY EAGLES FLY! 💚

🇺🇸 September 11 — We Remember

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the first responders, service members, and everyday people who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Twenty-five years later, we remember those who never came home, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the bravery and unity shown in the days that followed.

May we continue to honor their memory with kindness, compassion, and gratitude. ❤💙

We will never forget. 🇺🇸
