🎉 What a fantastic double-feature training day! 🎉

This morning, we kicked things off with an informative Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) class presented by Fort Hood’s very own Christina Gindratt. Thank you, Christina, for sharing your knowledge and helping housing professionals better understand the protections available to our servicemembers and their families.

The afternoon was filled with learning and laughter during our Fair Housing Jeopardy session, instructed by Dedra Bouffard with The Liberty Group. Dedra did an outstanding job creating an engaging and interactive learning experience while reinforcing the importance of Fair Housing laws and compliance.

A huge thank you to Christina Gindratt, Dedra Bouffard, and everyone who attended and made today’s classes such a success. We appreciate your commitment to continuing education and staying informed on the laws and regulations that impact our industry.

The cards were dealt, the chips were stacked, and the fun was nonstop at AACT's Casino Night! What an incredible evening filled with networking, laughter, friendly competition, and great company.

What a WILD time we had at the Apartment Association of Central Texas' Jungle Jam Trade Show! From incredible exhibitors and engaging conversations to networking with industry professionals from across Central Texas, this event was packed with energy, connections, and opportunities. The Jungle Jam Trade Show was held at the Killeen Civic & Conference Center on April 30, 2026.
