Gresham Music & Arts Academy: 2026–2027 Registration is officially OPEN for Returning & Experienced Students!

Welcome back to a brand-new season of music, teamwork, and growth! We're excited to welcome our experienced musicians back to the studio this September to level up their skills.

Check out our advanced youth tracks and unique adult ensemble below:

CLASS SCHEDULE (Classes begin September 9th!)

Youth Rock Band (Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
By Invitation & Audition ONLY.

Youth Band, Drums, & Keyboards (Wednesdays, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
Designed for students tracking all 3 instruments as a single cohesive class!
Bonus: Instruments are checked out for home practice!
(Note: Novice students for these tracks can register later in January 2027).

Adult Band, Drums, & Keyboards (Wednesdays, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
Learn all 3 instruments! In lieu of tuition fees, adult students give back by volunteering just 10 hours per school year to support our incredible youth programs.

From absolute beginners to advancing musicians, discover a supportive environment designed to help your child find their voice, master the piano, and grow in confidence.

The Salvation Army Bend & Central Oregon families are heading back to school ready for a fresh start!

Thanks to the generosity of Fred Meyer, local children and families were able to shop for new clothes, shoes and other back-to-school essentials—helping students walk into the new school year feeling prepared and confident.

We’re grateful for community partners like Fred Meyer who continue to show up for our neighbors and help make moments like these possible.

Today, iconic country singer Dolly Parton passed away at age 80.

We will remember Dolly for her kindness, generosity and joy. In 2023, she headlined the Red Kettle Kickoff on Thanksgiving Day and donated millions to support The Salvation Army's work in communities across the country.

She once said, "I just give from my heart. I never know what I’m going to do or why I’m gonna do it. I just see a need and if I can fill it, then I will.”
