This Monday, we’re excited to spotlight Natalie Denko of Treworgy & Baldacci!

As a Closer/Marketer, Natalie serves as a trusted resource for clients throughout Central Maine, working out of Treworgy & Baldacci’s Augusta office. Founded in Bangor, Treworgy & Baldacci has been providing prompt, professional real estate closing services to lenders, brokers, purchasers, and sellers throughout Maine and New Hampshire.

But Natalie’s impact goes beyond real estate. 💙

She’s a passionate supporter of local Chambers and the important role they play in strengthening our communities and driving economic growth. Natalie is especially grateful to work for an organization that encourages her to give back through volunteering and supporting the next generation of professionals here in the Kennebec area.

Cynergy Monday Member Spotlight: Charlie Hippler🌟

This week, we're excited to introduce Charlie Hippler, Associate Broker at CORE!

Charlie works out of CORE’s Hallowell office, helping clients navigate commercial real estate sales, tenant and landlord lease structuring, and asset-level advisory services. A lifelong Mainer, Charlie is deeply invested in the communities he serves and currently serves on the Manchester Selectboard, Manchester Sanitary District, and Kennebec County Budget Committee.

Charlie holds a degree in Finance from Thomas College and is a member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. His passion for commercial real estate and community involvement reflects his commitment to helping central Maine’s business community thrive.

For Charlie, Cynergy is about more than simply exchanging business cards—it’s about building meaningful connections while giving back.

This week, we're excited to shine the spotlight on Anastasia Marie Pelletier!

Anastasia wears two professional hats—she is the Branch Manager at Kennebec Savings Bank 's Farmingdale location and the Owner & Photographer of Captured Photography. In her banking career, Anastasia is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses reach their financial goals through personalized service and community-focused banking. Through Captured Photography, she has the opportunity to tell stories, capture meaningful moments, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Her commitment to the community extends well beyond her professional work. Anastasia proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Family Violence Project and Johnson Hall, dedicating her time and talents to organizations that make a meaningful difference across the region.

Growing up in a small Maine town and working on his family's farm taught Jon the importance of hard work, accountability, and thinking for the long term—values that continue to guide his career in banking today. With years of experience in the financial industry, Jon is known for delivering strategic financial solutions, building trusted relationships, and helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence. He believes that behind every financial goal is a bigger vision, and he's passionate about helping people achieve it.

Jon is equally committed to giving back to the community. He volunteers with Junior Achievement of Maine, helping students develop financial literacy and career-readiness skills, and has proudly served on the Cynergy Steering Committee for the past year and a half. Through Cynergy, he enjoys creating opportunities for young professionals to connect, supporting local businesses, and strengthening the Kennebec Valley community.

This week, we're excited to introduce Jordan Stolt, Owner and Realtor at Summit Real Estate!

Jordan is a full-time real estate agent, entrepreneur, and investor with a passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals. In addition to leading Summit Real Estate, she manages approximately 20 Airbnb properties and has built a diverse investment portfolio that includes self-storage facilities, a laundromat, and a motel. A proud University of Maine graduate with a degree in Political Science, Jordan combines business expertise with a strong commitment to her community.

When she's not working, you'll likely find her spending time with her family, golfing, snowboarding, tap dancing, scuba diving, or enjoying Maine's outdoors. No matter where her travels take her, Great Pond in the Belgrade Lakes will always be her favorite place to recharge.
