Looking for a meaningful opportunity for your high school teen this coming school year?

CTeen U: Jewish Wellness Course is a 14-week accredited course designed to help students develop practical tools from the Torah for emotional wellness, resilience, purpose, and personal growth while earning 2 college credits through Yeshiva University.

Students in grades 10–12 will explore topics such as:
• Building resilience
• Managing stress and challenges
• Discovering purpose and meaning
• Developing healthy habits and emotional well-being

📚 Earn 2 college credits
📅 Sundays, 12:15–1:00 PM
🎓 Open to students in grades 10–12
💰 Early bird discount ending on Thursday.

This is a wonderful opportunity for teens to invest in their personal growth while strengthening their college applications and transcripts and learning Torah.
