The Trinity County Sheriff’s Posse is excited to bring you the BBQ Cookoff — July 3rd & 4th, 2026 at the Y in Groveton!

We are currently looking for sponsors to help make this event a success. Your sponsorship not only supports a great community event, but also helps fund improvements and upgrades to the pavilion and arena — helping us continue to provide a great place for our community, youth, and families to gather for years to come.

This event will feature a BBQ competition, great food, live music, vendors, and family fun!

The Trinity County Sheriff Posse is now accepting bids for the construction of restroom facilities at the pavilion located at the Y in Groveton.
