RCO is designed to pay tribute to Jeremy’s charitable spirit and continue the love and support he had for the community he grew up in.

RCO’s youth development initiative, Strong Minds & Strong Bodies (SMSB), is back this summer!

Our incredible SMSB leaders (Angeline Wellock, Mandy Kirsch, and Alexis Kroah) have already begun planning to make this year’s workshop even more impactful. Get ready for a powerful youth experience filled with energy, inspiration, movement, and tools to build confidence, strength, and self-belief.

A heartfelt thank you to Ang, Mandy, and Lexi for the passion and dedication you bring to empowering young girls in our community. Your work truly makes a lasting difference.

RCO was created to honor Jeremy’s life and his legendary generosity. He loved to set & exceed goals. We know he’d be proud to see RCO’s Kindness for Kids Program surpass $100K in faculty reimbursements—a recent milestone that marks the achievement of one of our goals.

Here’s to the next $100K, to living a life that inspires indefinitely, and to remembering our beloved Jeremy on his birthday. 🧡

This week, RCO had the joy of spreading Christmas cheer at Greenview—and what a special time it was! 💚 Thanks to Angeline Wellock, a wonderful group of kiddos came together to sing carols, share cookies, and sprinkle in a few laughs along the way. 😆🎶🍪

We went in hoping to brighten their day, but left with our hearts even fuller than before. ❤️ Moments like these remind us what the season is truly about.

Merry Christmas to all, and here’s to a meaningful and fulfilling 2026! 🎉✨

This past Sunday, Rayl Charitable Organization (RCO) was proud to participate in the North Canton Lacrosse Skills and Mindset Clinic held at the Hall of Fame Village – Center of Performance. Coaches and high school student-athletes worked closely with girls in grades 2 through 8, focusing on fundamental lacrosse skills, technique development, and overall confidence on the field.

The clinic also included a mindset session led by Angeline Wellock, which encouraged athletes to embrace a growth mindset, set personal goals, and develop mental strength both on and off the field.

A big shout-out to Allison Castellaneta, North Canton Lacrosse Youth Program Director, for partnering with us and helping make this clinic possible. We are grateful for the opportunity to work together in supporting young athletes.

RCO wishes the Hoover Lady LAX the very best of luck during the 2026 season!

Happy Halloween, friends! 🎃 HalloWin25 was a record-breaking success—and it’s all thanks to YOU! Together, we fully funded the Kindness for Kids Program for another school year.
