💙 Our 10th Strong Minds • Strong Bodies Workshop was one to remember! 🧡

We welcomed over 30 incoming 4th and 5th grade girls from 7 different school systems to Big Cat Performance for an evening focused on building confidence, resilience, kindness, and meaningful connections.

A special thank you to Amanda Kirsch and Lexi Kroah for inspiring these girls by sharing your time, passion, and expertise. Thank you as well to Big Cat Performance for providing such an incredible space and for your valued partnership.

And of course, a HUGE thank you to Angeline Wellock, RCO's Kindness for Kids Director, who generously gives so much of her time and heart to serve our community. Your dedication makes programs like this possible.

Here's to continuing to raise girls with strong minds, strong bodies, and even stronger hearts! 💙🧡

Nine years ago today, we lost our beloved Jeremy.

Thank you to everyone who has supported RCO over the years. Because of you, we've been able to honor Jeremy's legacy of generosity by serving others and bringing light to our community.

He is missed every day, but his life continues to inspire all we do.

Leave a legacy that impacts the next generation. You never know the good your life can accomplish.

With gratitude,
Beth & Tara Rayl

Happy heavenly birthday to Jeremy Rayl. He is missed every single day. 🧡

RCO was created to honor Jeremy’s life and his legendary generosity. He loved to set & exceed goals. We know he’d be proud to see RCO’s Kindness for Kids Program surpass $100K in faculty reimbursements—a recent milestone that marks the achievement of one of our goals.

Here’s to the next $100K, to living a life that inspires indefinitely, and to remembering our beloved Jeremy on his birthday. 🧡

🎄✨ Merry Christmas from Rayl Charitable Organization (RCO)! ✨🎄

This week, RCO had the joy of spreading Christmas cheer at Greenview—and what a special time it was! 💚 Thanks to Angeline Wellock, a wonderful group of kiddos came together to sing carols, share cookies, and sprinkle in a few laughs along the way. 😆🎶🍪

We went in hoping to brighten their day, but left with our hearts even fuller than before. ❤️ Moments like these remind us what the season is truly about.

Merry Christmas to all, and here’s to a meaningful and fulfilling 2026! 🎉✨
